In the Green Room, Mark was engaged and focussed on his task of making pizzas. He had a clear vision of how he wanted his pizza to look and taste. He shaped his dough with the precision of a Pizza Hut chef. He used excellent knife skills when he was Cutting his peppers and red onion and he did this very safely. He followed the health and hygiene rules of working in the kitchen and was happy with his finished product.
